The unit will usually be fitted within 3 to 4 days after quotation.
This could be due to lack of servicing or the condensate pump could have failed. This can be a relatively simple repair.
This could be due to lack of servicing. Condensate (water) runs inside the unit and is eventually removed from the system. Due to fluctuating temperatures, bacteria can accumulate on the coils. Regular servicing will eliminate this.
This could be due to a lack of servicing or it could be a refrigerant leak. If the unit is dirty, a deep clean may be the answer. In this instance, we would have to inspect the unit for a more in depth solution.
If your unit looks like it’s freezing and may be leaking water, we would need to inspect it. It could be that it needs a deep clean or the refrigerant system may be leaking. If the unit is dirty then the air flow can’t circulate properly, and so the heat exchanger gets overly chilled. In all cases we would need to inspect, as it may result in the unit failure.
